Women Advancing Microfinance NY fundraiser + wine tasting on Oct. 12

I just became a member of the NY chapter of Women Advancing Microfinance yesterday.  It's $40/year, or $60 for the end of 2010 plus all of 2011.  If you're interested in reasonably sized (30-60 person) networking events around microfinance and the intersection of business and social impact, check this out.  You don't have to be female to attend (there are always 2-5 guys at every event).  That said, as a woman professional myself, it's great to be part of an amazing, supportive, and dynamic group like WAM!

I encourage you to check out their next fundraiser (below) and wine tasting event.

Happy networking!
