Wed-Thurs events for women professionals this week

 I went to a High Water Women event a few months ago and met some great people.  The idea is that it's mostly women in finance, esp. hedge funds, who also do philanthropy, but you don't have to be making six figures to go to their cool events!

High Water Women's Young Women's Council (YWC) is presenting a two part series entitled "Women in Finance and an Introspective Look at Our Careers". What better way to kick off 2011 than furthering our careers by gaining a better understanding of how to present ourselves when it's our turn to brag (i.e. performance review time) and a focus on the role of our mentors and sponsors. PART I: Book Discussion: "Brag!
